If you worked for a different employer, you wouldn't have this repeated stress in your life. Even after this round, there will be more in the future.
I would guess there were some high level rifs today.. just a guess
There will be some before end of year based off of sapience/badges and other low hangers. Might stagger to avoid news but with revenue goals likely to be missed, expense reduction will supplement. I was given my impacted yesterday. I’ve done it so much since the merger yet it never gets easier. For any of you who have how do you handle working with someone for weeks knowing they are on your list?
I see lots of comments for March 2025 but does anyone know if that is someone’s end date? Meaning, will they get a 60 day notice in January? Or, is this just a guess because it’s the end of the next quarter?

I was a contract employee for 2 years and easy to cut - do nothing and let the contract time simply terminate. No severance pay or benefits to consider. And no chance of becoming a perm with this wreck of a company.
We have to survive the Q4 culling before we can consider 2025....
