I am in the same boat. Most of my closest colleagues and mentors are no longer with the company. During the last re-org. the entire senior leadership team that I supported was laid off, most of them were long-time Nike leaders and really good people.
I hope that EH is able to bring back some of the strong Nike veterans, as they are the ones who helped build this company. They helped make Nike a special place to work.

I’m in a similar boat. My og friends from CATEGORY days have left and moved away from Portland.
I’d love to quit but I need the healthcare.
I never thought Nike would feel like office space.
I play Tetris on my phone and just zone out since half my team never comes in and my manger is in “other buildings” for meetings.
Because the reorg was handled so poorly, I am not at capacity and complete my work and wonder what direction my org is headed.
