It’s sad but true—T keeps promoting inexperienced kids into management while those with years of experience and master’s degrees get overlooked all the time. Who thinks this is a good idea? All it’s doing is driving away the best employees. If this keeps up, T’s just going to keep sinking.

Name one promoted “kid” over someone else qualified?
T is detracting young talent with these archaic RTO practices.
The buzz word used to be “disruptor” well T is certainly disrupting anyone from wanting to work here.
AT&T is sinking due to bloat.
Smiling, being a team player, pretending like it doesn’t bother me seeing TDPs promoted while my boomer self is left to stew. Feel really stupid right now working thru pain years ago because I didn’t want to game the system by going out on medical. My reward? That prized pre-Medicare health coverage that would have let me retire at 60 taken away. Yep, I’ll be keeping this seat warm 5 days RTO & getting those keystrokes in until 65.
Kids are leaving with 5 day RTO too, so.
I lied about moving and plan to ride WFH til June and quit.
Only been out of TDP a couple years.
Sc--w them and their stupid policies.
