it is actually funny and sad when you look at it bro.

people are ranting here because they care. people who were laid off moved on with their lives a long time ago. we waste our time and energy here just for the slim chance on someone else picking up our complaints and acting on it.

HR is probably the only department constantly monitoring this place to find and punish the posters here.

It is also funny that racism and bigotory is immidiately downvoted to he-l and constructive posts without any insults are the ones with most upvotes.

HR, we know you are reading. Do an anonymous website like this internally if you dont want your incompetence to leak to the press... oh wait, that would never work because no one trusts in your organization and we know that you are tracking and labeling each critism like eastern block soviet secret police. Eveyone suspects that you already tracked and labeled all the dissenters in AEM and will chop them in the next reorg.

I dont give a single sh-t if it is MM or CS or whatever 2 letters, you are failing your main job as the department who is supposed to be there to listen to complaints if current employees are only complaining about you.

We dont care about your 99th new DEI leader in 3 years, just fix your act or at least acknowledge that you fu---d up.

Hello Nike HR! How about creating an environment of trust where people can speak up without the fear of being fired, and in a few weeks this website will be empty?

Interesting during recent layoffs the personal attacks were horrific- very disparaging personal comments made about people that were often full of hatred. Nike HR said there was nothing they could do about it even with ER cases were raised— now a mention of a LT- zap gone. Curious to what has changed?

Yep - it’s like X in here. The trolls are always on line. So or you got fired (good) or you are still employed and deeply unhappy. Either way; I wasn’t talking to you. Have a great sad life.

@OP sharing a negative opinion about the leadership’s work is called criticism, not a personal attack. If journalists are doing it all the time, why would it be banned from here?

Besides, if you really feel a certain post has crossed the line, you can always report it to the site mods via mail.
