Results been tanking since 2018, feel off a cliff long steep cliff 2019, and just when you thought you were rock bottom ground level, it's actually a subterranean journey to the center of the Earth.
There is NO FINISH LINE (bottom of the pit).

EMEA marketing - manager took us through last year results but the teams have completely changed including who was the manager at the time of taking the survey… same stuff as usual - lack of clarity, no career growth opportunities, etc. Apparently wellness week pays off.

My leader has kept pushing it out “next week we’ll review”.
I have no faith in her or my skip level so I don’t really care anymore.
They give us the AES so we can complain and then fire us in the next re org.

last year when survey results came out in our team, we asked several times if there was going to be a company wide initiative on what we should focus on to improve our team's engagement, and none of our VPs was able to say yes or no. So a few people took it upon themselves to form a group of teammates across our larger team to work on focus areas to help improve our team's results at least (we were told to do in on the downlow as JD didn't want teams to be doing offshoot team fixes but we did regardless)....a few of our leaders who spearheaded the efforts and were actively working on engagement improvements ended up being impacted in wave 1...it was pretty unbelievable that those who cared more than the top brass were removed for "cost cutting efforts". It really just goes to show you either our leaders didn't care about the results at all (until now because they're so abysmal) or they have never actually valued the AES and the hard work it actually takes to keep your employees engaged
