It's almost the norm in my area: 3-4 refusals a week. They keep forcing random products in. (I don't need an extra Oreo lemon!) I sell in an F/D feature, order what we need, and then they send 3X that 2 weeks later?? What gives here?

Kroger orders are getting out of control also
I love adjusting orders using a spreadsheet and then adding on to Salesforce for these Walmarts, said no one ever! What's worse is when you send these spreadsheets through outlook and management claims they can't find them. What a absolute mud of dung.
And just because you force in more product, doesn’t mean we’re going to get more displays out… if anything we won’t get any displays because of this bullsh-t, they keep pulling. They’re shooting their own selves in the foot with this method.
Same. I went 18 years with 0 refusals. In mission 1 its become normal to have 2-4 week. I even tell my stores to refuse them now.
