Let’s play it out.

Any supervisor who has ever tried to move someone off payroll for cause had to spend MONTHS working that process.

Check ins 1x1’s

Any improvements the clock can run out and the process will start again.

Every supervisor knows the frustration of HOW LONG the process is to remove an employee.

PIP, no BSMA, no bonus, termination with cause… ok yeah nothing will happen. Clown. Do it and let us know how you fare in this world where T is itching for a reason to terminate in the cheapest way possible.

100% not true. There is an entire HR group recommending discipline action for those not complying with RTO. FAFO.

Tell that to my teammate who was put on 5 days when the rest of us were still on 3 and put on PIP that additional noncompliance within the specified timeframe will lead to termination.
