Don't let the guilt of leaving your teammates high and dry keep you in a bad environment. There is no ROI on your employment. Why stay to watch your hard work go down the drain as the company refuses to properly staff itself in order to support your products and create any real growth? Your teammates will understand you are leaving Fiserv, not them.

When one door closes another opens. Too bad one won’t hit FB in the a** on his way out.
Leave, don’t be afraid of the other side. Don’t let others use “the grass isn’t always greener”. It’ll never be THAT orange in the other side and you will be better for it. Customers are taking notice, and that is what will drive change. Leave with what dignity you have left, before it’s too late.
As someone who was one of the last to leave, you are correct. After too many people leave you realize that everything you have built is going to be thrown in the trash. Better to get out while you still can pretend that your contributions mattered.
I tend to agree with this topic/post. After 25 years and many hesitations I had no other choice but to pack up and leave. Believe me it was not an easy choice to leave a once great company and many of my colleagues, but for my sanity and health it was time.
