When I actually enjoyed coming in to work, was enthusiastic, and collaborated with colleagues.
Now I feel whipped, beaten down, untrusted, and could care less. Now I commiserate with colleagues.

It is hard to work for people that you have zero respect for
They are 100% aware of it. It brings them great pleasure.
Depends on your definition of "Human". Biologically, or ethically?
No. Absolutely not. Because any other answer would violate this site's Terms of Service.
How couldn’t the leadership team aware of the demoralizing of the employees? are they human? or they deserve another luigi? i can’t believe it.
Nailed it. This so called leadership team has done the exact opposite required to achieve their stated goals of collaboration and success. The continued gas lighting of how great this is and how well were doing is downright laughable right now. 90% would walk out of my location right now if they could. Not an exaggeration.
Yup. Wielding of power with desired goal of making people miserable. Does not work in any relationship nor is it healthy. Never experienced anything like it. Demoralizing at every level.
