I am confused. Who leads marketing now?

We will hear about this shortly, I heard today they have finalized the new CMO and all will be announced shortly
John "JG" Chirapurath was CMO for SAP BTP. He moved to a bigger role but he is not CMO for all SAP. His bio on LinkedIn says "CMO at SAP", which is technically true.
There are leads by marketing function, by LOB (and product, in some cases like Concur), and by Region. Some sort of 3D matrix that makes no sense and forces no accountability. The regions think their people are charge and autonomous, but they may not be. Some person in Bellevue or Atlanta is making the decision.
There are currently 11 different marketing “leaders”. How can this be?
If CK runs marketing that explains why it is so bad. Start cutting with corporate marketing in Bellevue.
Technically CK. He is actually running the most important decisions (who to hire/fire, budget, events, etc.).

Yup, looked this guy JG Chirapurath up and says he is the CMO for SAP. Don't know if he really is or not but this is what he says his title is.
What he/she is asking for is who is running marketing for all of SAP's solutions. So who were all the direct reports to Julia White and where did they go? It seems like marketing was split into smaller teams and moved to different units.

Etosha would like to run marketing, but actually she has been demoted, since she no longer has SBN. Ada would also like to run marketing, and she doing everything she can to take over content, marketing strategy, etc. But she is corporate marketing, not product marketing.
Product Marketing was moved under Product Engineering, so I guess Muhammad Alam runs marketing.
