Survived one round of layoffs just to anticipate the next. Do you even remember when there were good times after the bad? When there was something at work to look forward to? When there was a sense of moving forward? We are just surviving now. Barely. And the vast majority of us are very unhappy.

Sitting around for a year and collecting a paycheck is part of the problem, homie, plenty I know who were let go would gladly take your job and sound like they’d out perform you.
Were there layoffs recently or are you referring back to April? In HR, we went through multiple quiet layoffs before the big one in April. It absolutely su-ked. Everyone was miserable and scared they were next. I’m not surprised people are still unhappy. I’m sorry. 😞 Truly.
