This company has some of the worst management ever. If you give them ANY feedback on themselves, you’re in for some intense micromanagement and bullying for months after until you quit. Horrible culture. Horrible morale.

Glad people are finally catching on... sick of hearing how wonderful the culture is, people who have worked elsewhere know this is not true.

Never answer truthfully on employee surveys, never. They know the results and who wrote them. Always give them high ratings to keep the target off your back
