All these applications issues since the last RIF may indicate they were not under performers. Can't wait to see what the next RIF causes to break.

Let me say it again for the folks in the back of the room…The people they let go were extremely high performers. They were the people I would email who would always answer and they were all remote!
They broke the straw. Fiserv is now having an increasing number of system failures and outages.
