Other companies may or may not be reducing headcount. That makes it a safer location than staying at Fiserv where the company is definitely reducing headcount.
I really want do that. But In this economy, job market is terrible, everything is uncertain.
Other companies might be better, but who know... they are also cutting cost, slimming down the headcount and reducing costs to boost their profit...
