@7cdu+1vViIpVY Whats a matter? You don't like it when the truth is spoken? That's really a shame because things are about to change. No more free lunch.

the White House Office of Personnel Management, employees who work remotely frequently report higher engagement levels — 77 percent versus 59 percent among primarily in-office workers. Moreover, 68 percent of frequent teleworkers say they plan to stay in their roles, compared to only 53 percent of their office-bound counterparts. These statistics highlight the critical role that flexibility plays in retaining talent and fostering long-term employee satisfaction.
Beyond retention and engagement, the benefits of telework extend to performance. More than 84 percent of federal employees and managers surveyed said telecommuting has improved both quality of work and customer satisfaction.

I think it's so funny that anyone cares that you have to return to the office. Its a job. Its what they said when they hired you. Get over it. You worried your not going to get your afternoon nap in or you have to hire a dog or babysitter? You can't work from home effectively with the distractions there. They PAY YOU! You don't pay them. So you'll do whatwver they want or leave. Give me a break.

@3yur+1vViIpVY, dude, please leave your dark place and walk into the light.
You'll have more friends. Your ex and your kids might start speaking to you again.
C'mon over. It's warmer on this side, but not nearly as warm as the place you're currently on express track for my brother.

WFH seems a golden opportunity to get rid of costly and unnecessary real estate and shift that cost burden for office space to the employee. It's a better ROI, and benefits the employee by allowing them to write off a room or two of their domicile on their tax return. Let the government take it on the chin (via the dropoff in taxes allowed by write-off) rather than employees and businesses. win-win-gov't, u lose

@3keh+1vViIpVY here. Posted the last message mistakenly to wrong thread. I agree with OP here, and was responding to the person that seems jealous of WFH and keeps calling for RTO.

Maybe, if the OP wishes it enough, in his (or her) mind, it'll come true 😂
OP, you really think posting something ignorant on a little known, obscure website stands any chance of actually catching the eye of any person that has the power to influence a change of the magnitude of a company-wide RTO mandate.
Rather than monitoring your ignorance, I'm guessing such powerful people are instead out there making $$$?

COVID hasn't been a threat for how many years now. Why wouldn't WFH have stopped already if VZ is so insistent that people RTO ??

I miss when these boards posted factual & thought out info rather than just BS trolls stirring the pot.

If you were hired to be in the office. You gotta think WFH will soon be determined as a different rate.of pay. Yeah it nice to do work and side jobs also, but be careful what you wish for it might bite ya in the a-s.
