3% would be amazing. When I'm hearing 1 to 3 % I'm betting many will see 1 - 2%. 3% would be for "best of the best" ??

Raises will most likely be an average of 2-3% and nothing to do with Performance or cost of living. AIP will probably be better than last year but I believe the days of 125-150% company multipliers are gone.

I’m not buying the 85% AIP. Great if it turns out to be. But I’m thinking it will be like last year communicating all is good from the rooftop, then bam! Big miss on earnings. CFO retiring…
