Slight correction to Thread title. Only the BUs that didn't reach their targets weren't fully funded. The Server BU hit their target and they were fully funded.

Base salary: $1,300,000, a $25,000 increase from the previous year

HPE takes advantage of opportunities where they know you value job security over bonuses and raises. So they'll pretend to not have any money for your BU's pool of cash for bonuses/raises and tell you that they're trying to retain headcount instead. Then next year, they'll lay you off. Your starting salary at HPE is laughable and once you leave HPE, you'll quickly find out that your next employer offers a salary that makes you wonder why HPE didn't come even close to your new salary. I can speak from experience.

I'm sure Antonio and the VPs have taken good care of themselves. While the folks at the coal-face absorb another lousy "bonus". HPE is a joke.
