Yea they just sit in the basement and force product in too hit their numbers. DMs, Rms, customer teams all have 0 odea what it's like working in the field which is why they all hide from the stores and reality...
Nice job…..hahahahaha! And they knew this would be the case because every time they rolled out anything like this in a test market it back fired! But look at things, they had to cut costs and that’s what this was all about! Problem is they are cutting in the wrong direction, too top heavy! Got customer teams that sit at a seat and live in a fantasy world about what things are like in the field! Anyone can pretend, they ought to get out there and execute! When was the last time anyone had a customer team member join them in the field? All they do is the dog and pony shows, when management comes to town they cherry pick a few stores to show them. Why not just come unannounced and see what is real? That would be better gauge wouldn’t it?
