Thread regarding CVS layoffs

October layoff casualty - ESPP question

I tried to work through the help that we were given from CVS, but never got a definitive answer after many conversations and was told to talk to ask John Hancock. Too tired to start again, but are we getting shares from ESPN and/or when are we getting that $ back?

Why invest in espp.
You're already invested in the company via your employment.
Diversify!!!!

Look up Enron for more history.

ESPP is your monies/shares. If they have collected money and laid-off before grant purchase date- you will get your money back. when you ask? that should be answered by HR/payroll.

I would recommend that you check the summary separation of terms document you should have received. ESPP shares are owned by you and immediately vested. Also, could you check Etrade for additional information? They are usually refunded to you ( for shares that have not been purchased yet ) several weeks after the separation date )
