Any thoughts on George and Lisa’s insurance services announcement this past week? Seems that every time we turn around there’s a reorg. I know people on our team are fatigued. Will we ever be stable or are is H just gonna keep mixing it up?

TBF I kinda think it’s needed.
Reorg happened in insurance services. To sum it up, most of insurance services roll up under Lisa Stephens now. Clinical operations under Lisa’s leadership’s previously had a reorganization earlier this year. Lots of moving around, but Lisa is a very smart, fair leader so this may turn out for the best.
Well run large corporations do not reorg this frequently. Frequent reorgs happen when leadership has no vision or plan. Renaudin is clueless. His incompetence is the problem. He cannot reorg his way out of it.

Humana continuously does reorgs and RIFs. It’s how large corporations do business.
We all hate it. We can’t change it. All we can do is ride it out, remain at peace, and pray we survive.
