Spell much ?
Damn dude, took you 30 seconds to read this?
Guy needs some “hooked on phonics” or something.
To the “know when you are reading this I just wasted 30 seconds of both our lives” responder…
And yet you are here, wasting your 30 seconds, speaks volumes of you… can we say, “people living in glass houses”.
Reflect on that while on your deathbed.
know when you are reading this I just wasted 30 seconds of both our lives - Unfortunately everything is pointless - stop for a second (remember this post on your deathbed) -now you're gone. so sad.
you’re right, best start at the top with most entitled, stainkey and his band of bozos
Ask Brian Johnson how important you are
Come on, no need to bring AC/DC’s lead singer into this.
thats the point Brian Johnson - Brian Thompson you end up in the ether and you are dust in the wind

How is thinking they should provide a seat and some toilet paper "entitled"?
All fake and g*y - you have nothing to do and life is pointless so lets come on a layoff board and talk to the the ether
Ask Brian Johnson how important you are
“ "meritocracy has returned"??? The wife of WWE commissioner leading Education... meritocracy at work. I wonder who she blew for that gig.”
Let’s see she was on the Connecticut Board of education for two years, Head of the SBA during Trump’s first term and co-founded the WWE with her husband Vince McMahon. I’d say she has some merit behind her. The public institutions are broken and need disrupters to clean them up and make them work for the people again without bias and politics.
The US was first in the world for education before the dept of education was created in the 70’s now it is like 24-37 in the world depending on what report you read. Tell me what good the DOE has done besides the indoctrination of students. The US needs to get back to local choice and educating students on the three R’s and STEM. Parental rights need to be returned and stop the forced indoctrination.
Why lay them off when it is cheaper to just make them miserable enough to quit?
DEI talentless frauds is T's workforce.
The best are gone. Carried T and made it successful for decades.
Look at the remnant.
Pathetic entitled TWATTS.
Good luck
“LOL -- Recruiters don't know their Ahole from a hole in the wall. They get paid to get someone hired so it is a numbers game for them. I have seen some of the people that get forwarded for interviews. Let's just say 99% don't make it to a second interview. Further, people are quitting before they actually start. We had a candidate that was supposed to start mid-December and then declined because he found better opportunity elsewhere. And even more are quitting after they realize what the environment and culture is like here.”
Exactly - I see a lot of people post questions about the company on Blind when they get an offer, and all current employees steer them away from T.
The company has generated a lot of hate from employees and former ones, I regularly try to steer fresh grads away and inform them how bad it is here.
That’s how you can really hurt the company, make sure everyone knows how bad it is so their recruitment pipelines is empty.
"Recruiters are saying the bar has been raised and the qualified applicants so far are rock solid."

“AT&T is lining up replacements in anticipation of a surge in attrition in 2025. Recruiters are saying the bar has been raised and the qualified applicants so far are rock solid.”
Sure.
What field?
I know SDE’s etc refuse to work here.
HR? Marketing? Who cares.
No one technical wants to work here, I do know that
"Entitled employees need to be layed off
Too many employees feel like you owe them something. Lay them off and humble them."
Ironically, your comment is very arrogant
“ AT&T is lining up replacements in anticipation of a surge in attrition in 2025. Recruiters are saying the bar has been raised and the qualified applicants so far are rock solid”
How long do you think these rock solid candidates are going to stick around for the current show? I bet not long. That was my point. Won’t be able to keep anyone for long. Those with skills and talent will go elsewhere. They need to figure out the game is different now. The people coming in don’t have a pension that they have to stick around for. They can go elsewhere. That’s why when you look around and talk with people, anyone with less that say 13 years tenure here is not common in a lot of orgs. I’m 48 and the youngest in my group. The few new hires we had stayed less than a year.
"I’m hearing attracting good talent is a real problem for ATT these days"
Fact Check: NOT TRUE
I retire in 5 months. I have been working with 3 Recruiters for post retirement employment in a different field. AT&T is lining up replacements in anticipation of a surge in attrition in 2025. Recruiters are saying the bar has been raised and the qualified applicants so far are rock solid.
It’s like this, it goes both ways I guess. The company’s offer: 5 x in office, tracking to the minute, expect you give them extra hours off the clock (that don’t count) only in office hours count, nights and weekends frequently, pay that hasn’t kept up, no/limited parking, limited desks, no assigned seat, equipment that doesn’t work.
Ok fine, I don’t accept that offer or change in the working agreement. So I’ll be leaving in Jan. I’m sure they won’t have a problem finding somebody to fill in, I’m hearing attracting good talent is a real problem for ATT these days. I don’t see it getting better as folks retire and the talented folks find new jobs. They will be left with those with no other options. Good luck. Not my problem soon.
These people that bash us for not wanting to commute an hour one way 5 days a week must have no spouse, kids, or ability to deadlift.
Please lay me off, I just want my severance and to be free from this nightmare of a company.
Is DEI still a thing at AT&T?
Walmart, John Deere, Lowes, Tractor Supply, Harley Davidson, etc. have already laid off their DEI departments and retracted the failed policies of identity business. With the recent election cycle, meritocracy has returned and the courts will be dismantling the discriminatory policies of DEI. Appears AT&T is skating to the puck on this issue and not leading again.
Why don’t you come into the office like the rest of us? If the company requires you to come in you complain. If they fire you you complain. You are all just complainers.
“Laid” Einstein. It’s “laid” off .
Must be the same genius that was posting about his co worker “piers” the other day.
Isn’t it crazy that I feel entitled to a safe and consistent place to work in the office each day? How absolutely entitled.
To expect dedicated space I can personalize and count on to be available, without a fight, for 40+ hours every single week is just absurd, isn’t it? What an f’ing insane expectation.
It’s almost like I’m expecting working monitors, keyboards and other critical accessories to be effective but I already know that’s asking far, far too much from this billion dollar fortune 50 company.
Stank’s shitposting again. Someone cut him off. It’s too early!
I agree, lots of entitlement in the leadership ranks. Let’s start at the CEO and work our way down.
I just want what they promised me when they hired me . . . and I will be gone on my own.
This is so true!
