Any dress code at hub location? Jeans or formal?

I just wear my speedos.
If you expect people that spend thousands of dollars on clothes to make your business efficient, you've got a long wait ahead of you. Sales people and branch types, sure, there's an image and brand you're trying to present and they should have enforced dress codes. Admin workers in non-customer facing locations? Who cares. Some of the most valuable and cutting edge companies in the world have employees wearing shorts and tshirts in the office. There's nothing wrong with it, save the biases of The Olds.
I think you’re lost. Go ask your manager. face palm
It's sort of depends on your manager honestly. After years of shirt and tie I downgraded myself to t-shirts and shorts over the summer. That lasted about 2 months and I was advised jeans and a collared shirt at least.
However there are still people in my office in t-shirts and shorts (when it's not winter)
Just remember, kiddies...no Winnie the Pooh mode!
Dockers, Dockers and more Dockers
If you have to ask, then maybe this isn't the job for you
I couldn't care less what people think of how I look. Don't like it? Send us all back to WFH. Otherwise mind your own business. No one cares. That's the culture HY has built. Complain to them about it.
What you wear reflects how you feel about yourself and the others around you ( environment). It will also reflect how you feel about your work.
People wear baseball hats at my office. The fat slubs wear jeans and an over sized pullover, sweater or untucked shirt. Most higher ups still dress nicely, a pair of clean looking jeans and a tucked in button down shirt with a nice pair of shoes is the goto. People tuck your shirts in. You do realize you look heavier when it’s untucked.
No one really cares or wants to be there.
Go fack yourself WF bustards. I’m is a info cuntractor and will make you bluow me, cumpremde?
Go commando
Speedo is the dress code
If your job is not a customer-facing job, what does it matter as long as the required bits are covered?
Sweats and clean underwear m-th. Free balling on casual Friday.
I wear jeans and a polo most days and I feel overdressed at times. Tons of people wear t-shirts, shorts, flip flops in the warm months.
No one wears a suit or a jacket and tie. Only a handful of people wear dress pants and dress shirts.
Women generally dress nicer than men at my office.
Ive seen folks in pj pants. Nobody gives a fck about dress code anymore.
Not helpful
I wear sweats and a wife beater. In the days I don't want to tie my sneakers, I just throw on a pair of crocs. Maybe some hey dudes if I have a meeting. Hasn't been an issue.
