I hate this. I hate the blocks of a unaccounted for time when you know that you were sitting there working. It makes you question your own reality. I feel like I'm being gaslit.

Been posted here before... go into ADA settings and set background color. They can't override your background then
The CMD window every morning is the script that force resets the desktop background to whatever the fiserv propaganda du jure is.
I don't know if it's sapience, but every day at 9:24 AM a command prompt window pops up on my desktop and the whole screen flickers. It's only last a second, but it's very obvious. Everyone on my team gets the same. We all assume it's some spyware program taking a screen capture.
This job is seriously taking a toll on my mental health. My anxiety is getting worse as each day passes at Fiserv. I have been here for almost 3 years. I am applying every single day. I just hope we can all leave this s*** on our own terms. Nobody deserves to have to live like this. We are all just doing the best we can to take care ourselves and loved ones.
Many are saying the same thing.. why in the world am I still here…I foresee many to move on…many have paid thousands for their education to be treated like they are not worthy or trusted.
Don’t look at it until at least 1 week later.
Yeah how are you supposed to be visiting clients and in sapience 9 hours a day? I mainly work from my phone when traveling since my dinosaur laptop will barely even boot up.
Sh-t tool
I laughed at this post ONLY because I’m pretty sure I’ve said those exact words to my boss. BTW, I left Fisuck in October but had previously downloaded a .pdf from Fuel that explained what Sapience did and didn’t count as time. Search for it. I’m sure they’re too stupid to have removed it. It’s designed to help identify when work is being done but is not foolproof.
You are. Sapience doesn’t work right and it never can. It is meant for people that use office exclusively not those that are in IT or sales
