When you have a member of the brand-spanking new Culture Champions team look up and use the Merriam-Webster definitions of “partner” and “operations” to explain their approach to the work, you know we’ve hit a new low.

When you have a gym bro telling us we all forget that we bring value to our lives and to our work everyday; when you have a leader say we’re going to get new tools in Workday as VERY exciting… get ready, this is going to be one hellavu ride.

So when all my managers have told me that “I don’t need a big title to be a leader because I can be a leader in any role I’m in,” that doesn’t really count? Just BS?

If “lower level” employees are not leaders, then why bother adhere to and aspire to a framework called Leadership Defined which, correct me if I’m wrong, applies to everyone?

It’s one thing to criticize leaders on here, but when you start coming after some “lower level” teammates who had never spoken in front of 300+ people before, you’ve officially transitioned to petty.
