What was the relo offer?
The axe will drop sooner, this is a last desperate attempt by WF not to pay you your severance.
When was this announced?! I work at barhart but I was off today. I wonder if this is for all departments ? Sounds like there's also an email with this information so hopefully I received it so I can review when I return next week. This is crazy but at least we have an idea which quarter next year
This is true I got the same letter. DO NOT MOVE for Shart, move or stay put for you, he has laid off people after moving
Leadership was asked directly today if we could lose our jobs before Q4 she said no. Hahaha, I don't belive any of them.
I read through my relocation offer tonight (because of course it was sent after hours) and it clearly says UP to Q4.
If you're considering uprooting your life for this place let me tell you that I know others that have done it recently, and still lost their jobs once they got to an unknown city.
These companies are NOT loyal and you shouldn't be either!
It doesn't mean they're giving time at all, you could still be let go next week.

Did you really get a "formal layoff announcement"? Mine just says they are evaluating a plan for select employees. That probably means layoffs for most but there could be exceptions.
The email says "All employees will vacate... by Q4 2025". I assume that means before Q4 starts, and not during or before the end of that quarter. Does anyone know for sure?
