Let them pile on the work as much as they want from now on, it’s not happening. They’ve been cutting staff, dumping the leftovers on us, and we’ve just gone along with it. This makes us as guilty as they are for letting it slide. But that’s over. If standing my ground gets me kicked out, fine. I’ve had it. This is where I stop playing along.
