Remember when AT&T said it would hire and promote more people of color? The DEI people salivated when they heard the announcement. And then AT&T hired people of color... in India... to replace all jobs in the US.
Where are the loud DEI advocates now?
Companies are abandoning DEI a lot quicker than they implemented it. The companies that do abandon it and return to merit based employment will crush the competitors that hang on to DEI. Disney has seen the light and is moving away from DEI in its marketing . . . they finally figured out that focusing on the market that is roughly 150M in numbers is smarter than focusing on the market that is 25M in population. And their recent stock numbers justify it.

DEI is ending companies.
Many unqualified people in positions they know nothing about.
DEI is absolutely discrimination against whites (unless you're qu--r).
Coming to an end soon with a real President and attorney general though.
Really pi---s me off that just because I live in a state with a “hub office” I must RTO, but others who live in bumble f*ck get to WFH.
Who is making these decisions? It’s insane.
There would be a lot less discrimination against straight white men if they worked more and complained less.
