Most productive employees near the top of the pay band don’t get any increase anyway, so bring it on!

It will not bring back remote work but it will make sure you get only the same raise and bonus as the less productive employees

I would vote union. Non-management works under a contract and Executive level work under a contract. The employees in between the two should have a contract also.
Ask your supervisor
