They replaced all the people who were a real deal. The remaining members of the old guard now spend half of their work time as glorified trainers. It’s incredible what some of the fresh graduates have no clue about. Maybe I’m too old to remember, but I recall we were ready for at least entry level jobs after college. These new ones are literally clueless.

Sadly this is a trend across banking at the moment. They are outsourcing jobs, laying off people near retirement age, not rehiring and just delegating in many instances, and then if they do hire the pay is so lowball they only get clueless people because they dont want to pay for talent.
That’s amazing for you - with all your experience and positive approach that inspires you will land a job someplace else very fast so get focused on updating that resume and let the interviews begin you will be in such a better place then where you are today
That's what you get when you run off all the older experienced folks. Too bad, so sad. Deal.
Oh. It will only get better... Fresh out of college with no experience to include life experience but will demand immediate advancement & top teir raises. Get ready. Lol.
Maybe we can replace Bill and Beau (wtf kinda name is that anyway) with a couple of 20 year olds. They would definitely run this organization better than those two id--ts.
They don’t want to pay for experienced employees.
