The reason that there are 9 paid trolls on this site is simple. CVS now is a leader in employment lawsuits. They are expensive to defend. CVS Management demanded a plan from Principals at Jackson Lewis. They got a plan. Put employees on Performance Improvement Plans. Frustrate the Employee. The employee either walks and gets no severance or they walk you to the door with no severance. You were warned. Read today’s Wall Street Journal. This is the solution given to CVS.

Interesting since my immediate manager just emailed us something about PIP in 2025. I didn't understand the changes, but I guess it is a way to get rid of some of us.
I believe this person. I know for a fact since I was a newly appointed manager and they TOLD me to write this employee up for doing bogus cr-p because someone else complained about this person. They had no valid info to back anything. I knew the 2 and The fact was the two just didn’t get along. I refused to do it. And then at the same time my Manager but their notice in. Two days later I put my notice in. I knew that this was a sh*t hole area and we were doomed. I was fortunate to be able to early retire. Thank God. But there are evil people there and clicks that try and push folks around. I took a stand and told them that and othered what BS they were doing. It’s sad what’s happened to this company.
