I have and so has the majority of my team. Our entire team has 20+ years of service. We are old and have doctors appointments and are just following what they tell us to do.

I have 8 days remaining, but my wife said her second cousin has been sneezing. I'll probably use up another 12 hours for that.

You must be in my group. There's one that misses at least one day a week, usually on a day when hosting a meeting.

I am leaving 19.5 hours. Enjoyed the extra vacation days but I want to stay below radar.

I knew better than to use it all. I'll leave a balance of 1 hour to stay off reports.

“Careful. Rumors abound about witches in HR compiling caregiver usage to the warlocks in upper management to target people when rightsizing.”

Targeting employees for using their company provided days off, after taking a weeks vacation away from me?

I dare them. They can GF themselves.

I only used 1 day last year. What a fool I was!

Next year, I intend to use all 15, that is for sure!

Careful. Rumors abound about witches in HR compiling caregiver usage to the warlocks in upper management to target people when rightsizing. Evil logic is applied, as with many of these exercises. It is told that employees that use caregiver days are taking advantage and not in the same station in life. Unable to move, bound by location and their care person, they are more predictable, more vulnerable, and easier prey.
