Anyone else tired of hearing about head count? Merchandise losses a person and suddenly they can't be replaced because we are over on head count while working with a crew of 3 and 1 driver. Meanwhile cpu has expanded to 15. I realize they are a growing dept but Someone needs to stock the stuff they pull. Anyone else's new hire head count going to different depts after you loss a body?

Sounds like the club that I work at. My question is how many clubs still run block schedule for merchandising ?AM stocks certain areas while pm zones and stocks the areas that AM does not. I have noticed that this has fallen to the waste side, excuses are made. We are over worked because we are short handed plus we are picking up the slack of PM . also we are helping in CPU when clearly they have the people but don't want to utilize them.
happens all the time. I know it isnt right, but it is what it is. This will continue to happen while they place the emphasis on Fresh and CPU. Doing this means that Merch and Front End will get shafted and not have the coverage that is required to do the job properly. Just bring back overnights and be done with it. Things will get stocked that way
