CIP guesses?

I realize we still have one more quarter of results but let’s hear the speculation. My guess is 1.1

If you're not busy, working hard and making serious coin now, it's your own darn fault, don't be down on others. Also learn to spell, maybe others including employers will take you more seriously.

If I had it my way, you all wouldn’t get anything. You are acting entitled to variable compensation. Because of this, I will ensure structure is well below inflation and CIP is negligible. If you don’t like, seek employment elsewhere. Now get off your phones and get back to work.

Are they possibly doing away with bonuses to better align with Exxon? Prior to then, I don’t see bonuses exceeding 0.75

People said the same thing last year about it being no more than .7

Why would this year be worse than last year

No way it’s over 1. Metrics off target, constant messaging of “mixed performance”, ROCE not high enough. Worker bees must give up their CIP to ensure the shareholders and ELT are paid.
