Apples and oranges - you have to physically be there to do your job. Ours is all telepresence, even sitting at the office the job is still telepresence. It’s just so d-mb. Even pre-covid I was fully remote, just like many others. Now I sit in an office, to just do everything the same as I did remotely. Except my setup at home is a lot better.

Sorry, you are wrong. I would definitely vote to join and I have spoken to many other that agree with the action. What is interesting is that it is more than the RTO 3 or 5 day action. It is the conditions under which we are being forced to return. Remember, officers work under a contract and non-management work under a contract. For some reason, the positions in between do not. It is time to change that.

Management should join CWA West and then CWA should consolidate across all regions.
