Seems more and more folks are becoming fed up with the conditions, empty promises and additional responsibilities. I know of three that are leaving this week. Sadly most will not even be made aware they have handed in notice.

The sooner you accept that Global is a dumpster fire and decide to move on the better
SE1 is software engineer 1. Its basically entry level. TSYS had that position to help us Mainframe developers get trained in the new technologies and Java and stuff. But global doesn't like that.
I apologize I am fairly new to all this. What is SE1? As a new employee should I be worried. I am begining to think I made a grave mistake

They got rid of me because I was SE1 and learning. I was told they don't want anyone to be learning just making money as soon as they walk thru the door. The old tsys had a learning and growing culture. I'm saddened that tsys is gone.
I think that is what they want. Not sure how Cameron sleeps at night or most of the leadership that is under him. They just want people with no thought of their own. Just do the work and get paid less.
