No promotions, miserable raises, and a toxic culture... I can’t believe I put so much into this company. Looking back, I should’ve just done the bare minimum from the start. Now, seeing how things have played out, I feel like a fool for actually caring and putting in extra effort.

Oh stfu. You know Nikes pays you more than most companies in Portland? Just STFU pls and stop whining you baby
Oh you poor thing. Welcome to being a grown up. Lol
OP, if you’re still employed your effort definitely paid off.
I hope EH fixes GT real soon.
No promotions? I know a ton of people that got promoted....
Dude, seriously… if you are an athlete playing for bad coaches, does it help you or hurt you to put in minimum effort? I get it, is lots of things that are not good and haven’t been for sometime, but like in any situation doing the right thing is also for you - so you can look at yourself in the mirror and respect yourself. You can’t always control what happens to you, but you can control your response. It’s lots of ugly things here, and we all know sh-t gets done not because of the bozo-fiefdom-builders, but because of the people that care often going around the BS and making sure the right things happen. The folks that get the most sh-t done around here are usually people nobody knows, and they want to stay anonymous so they don’t get bogged down or targeted by the dipsh-ts that care more about worshipping them or their “process” than doing what’s right for Nike.
You could leave… if Nike is so bad, there are other companies which exist that you can consider?
Things are changing. EH will see to that.
Just Do It.
