Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Favoritism fueling hostility

Mixing favoritism with hostility creates a toxic work environment, and Truist has mastered it. Unfairness reigns, morale is shattered, and a healthy atmosphere is beyond reach at this point.

3dup+1vCvbCPE. So are you suggesting that teammates just accept favortism and nepotism as an acceptable norm? Like su-k it up pleb, put your head down and be thankful you have a job?

You must be a classic middle manager who only promotes attractive woman/young white guys or your friend.

If true and there was a real case ER would truly investigate it. Is the favoritism in one’s head like TFC living in one’s head

Once again find another job or suffer if unemployable some place else

The overt favortism and nepotism in the REL division is beyond insane. The stuff I witness on a daily basis would blow most people's minds. It's never going to change until 1. HR acutally cared about teammates and 2. offers an anonymous reporting system.
