IT is the backbone of all businesses. There was nothing like the CVS IT contractor mouthing off,” I don’t get paid extra for this sh-t”. He was a grateful and joyous contractor with a heavy Russian accent. Thereafter, my computer would crash a few times a day. The IT integration and service is at the heart of many of the problems. Well done CVS.
