Why don't they just reduce HOO to compensate for the rather extreme hours cuts? It would make sense from a cost-cutting perspective. Think of the overhead cost savings if the Front Store went to mirror hours with the Pharmacy. They cut cut everything from the FS but hours of operation, which makes no sense.
