It's interesting that an email about MIP was sent on Monday from HC and TC. In the past, the MIP funding email wasn't sent until late February by KL. Why would it be sent out already?

TC whose big introduction was about eliminating shadow IT?
HC (forget her name) head of HR
TC is Tom Cowhey who is CFO
Overall I think they’re hoping to cut some higher earners and putting it out there now so that if they are on the fence they jump.
CVS LOOOOVES to say your salary is 10% higher than they actually pay you because of the MIP but at least for those who’ve only been here 2 years we’ve seen far less.
