Don't expect us to stand outside 90% of the time to pressure members into credits, I get yelled at because it's cold and they're pumping gas. This job is inhumane and treat us like robots

Then quit. Did the Sam’s Club bus come to your house and pick you up and beg you to work for them? Or did you apply and then get hired? You have choices. If it’s so “inhumane” then leave.
