This did not go away, most have sapi/leaf type software installed. There are some gov contract exceptions that don't allow this software. These folks are a minority within fi overall.

After looking up JPM executives forced to resign in 2018 for spying on employees, it all makes sense now. He doesn't seem to have a good history from the looks of it.
Who is He in this comment? Also who is OP?
Things came to a head in 2013, when JPMorgan executives found out he was using Palantir software to monitor them as well, and he was forced to resign. He went to work for the former co-chief operating officer, Frank Bisignano, who had resigned to become CEO of First Data Corp, according to this report as well as LinkedIn records.
Bisignano was reportedly the executive sponsor of this Palantir project at JPMorgan and the security pro allegedly curried favor by alerting Bisignano when his name came up in an investigation.
Sapience is a ploy to get everyone back to 5 days..... FB is about the data.. and will use that has an excuse to make everyone come back to office. Talk to your Dr.'s get the work from home pass..... or work on the resume to get out.
There are more companies that DO care about their employees!
Finally OP can get rid of sapience.. lol.. good luck OP!
