Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Do you count as going to your assigned location if you access a different location during the day?

What happens if I go to my assigned location but I need to access the other WF building next to mine since the building I’m in has no cafeteria? Am I going to show up as not going to assigned location? PS RTO is a fu--ing joke….

plenty of people go to different locations for a given week. there is flagging for those that don't go to their assigned location >50% of the time but bading in and working across town for a given day count as in office.

No you won't have issues badging into the cafeteria building so long as you are badging in and doing your work from the right building for the remainder of the day.

Are you downtown Minneapolis? I’ve been there.

550 in MSP? No, badging in to the building next door to get to the cafeteria isn’t counted against you. Since you’d be logged in for most of the day in the “right” building, that’s where you’re marked as being. Do it all the time and I’ve never shown up in those reports as even being in the next door building.

For my business line we now have to be at our assigned location 3 days a week. So if I’m badging into the building next to mine just to grab lunch from the cafeteria is it gonna show I’m not at assigned location? I have to in to be able to access the buildings cafeteria. Still trying to understand these stupid rules LOL

Are you not able to walk to the cafeteria from your assigned building? Not sure I understand the question.
