With leadership threatening consequences to performance reviews, AIP, merit increase, etc. over RTO badge tracking, stay laser focused on potential ADA violations or retaliation. If you have a medical accommodation to work remotely, you can file EEOC charge and sue. Lot of good employment litigation attorneys in Truist footprint who will file EEOC charge for nominal fee and will represent you on contingency. Always remember never put anything in writing on your Truist laptop or network.

@lbz+1v9FkH6Y If you had a legitimate case your attorney would tell you to never speak about the case - doesn’t add up
Do mean the repetitive nothing to do with layoffs arrived @dmm+1v9FkH6Y
@wcw+1v9FkH6Y - Ever consider that some of us had viable EEOC - ADA cases such as a manager retaliating against them by sc--wing them over with AIP in March however the settlement amount would not be worth the political su----e and reputational damage of suing Truist? The “big settlement amounts” that are worthwhile come from lawsuits as a result of being terminated. Best to play the long game and hold out until then
Where are all the lawsuits that were already coming or being filed - this must be another useless repetitive posting
