Don’t cut too many tech directors and above leaders or there won’t be enough people in the Holiday War Room photos that get published. The only time they show up and act like they know what’s going on or care while the doers try to resolve issues over their chit chat as they spend their time forced to be on campus while they could be supporting from home during Thanksgiving weekend.

KW stands out as that exact director. Ego the size of China, and d-mb as a rock to boot. We need new leadership in Victory.
Director should have at least 50 people in their org

VP's > 500
These peopel are paid so much but contribute so little.
My director and senior director could disappear tomorrow and it would have no material effect on my team’s work.
Would probably make the work easier. Would be nice not having to explain things to someone who probably doesn’t understand what they’re being told and will do nothing with that info anyway.
There are too many so called "leaders" that like to sit around in meetings in person and on zoom while the worker bees work and they are busy texting each other, trying to show interest in the numbers..
A few less would be good for the morale and $$
T-shirts? Hoodies?
My teams never got any of those.
