All signs indicate another round. Q4 will be a miss. Blake will panic and layoff more, fire an SVP of choice (Buttermore or Scotty g most likely) Petty cost savings like travel restrictions, healthcare cost increases, company phones and suspended 401k will start to happen. The board is too stupid and deferential to moret to do anything. It will take a departure of institutional investors and an activist to make the change. Don’t wait. Retire or run. I’m sure autofair will be a hoot. Btw. How is the 40 month march going????

See if Blake goes to Davos again on the corp jet to expound his big thoughts! Then you can see his commitment to cost savings. Then he can pop over to plex and figure out how its payback is 20+ years. Meanwhile, Becky is telling us that they “pulled up” the merit. Does she think we are stupid? 1 raise in two years. Gee. Thanks? I’m heading out asap. I suggest you do the same. Already have lots of offers. Rockwell, for a little while more, will be a good place to be from.
There is little recourse for the employees, but I would suggest NOT donating any money to the United Way, or similar charity, using any link provided by the company. Feel free to donate to your preferred charity directly so RA does NOT get the credit for your generosity. Wouldn't it fun to make management look bad when they don't meet their fundraising goal and have to go into their own pockets to save face?
I can picture it now, as the cold weather approaches, everyone will be able to see their breath when they breathe because Buttermore is too cheap to pay for heat. Remember to bring a sweater when you're forced to come in to the office.
Rumor has it Buttermore had an emergency meeting with his minions. If his big idea to save his a$$ is taking away peoples phones, it shows he has no clue how to run a business. What's next, everyone has to start bringing their own toilet paper to work too? Better yet, maybe he'll remove every other lightbulb in every facility to save money on electricity.
Hopefully the executives will practice what they preach when it comes to travel restrictions.
