At a time when we're all hurting, we're all struggling with massive inefficiencies in backbone systems, when skill is hemorrhaging from the company, when we're all absolutely desperate for someone to tell us exactly how it will be turned around in a way that makes sense.... he gave us a boring 30 minute meet and greet with the usual meme executive blue jacket/khaki pants/microphone. Impressive
