Wow, it’s been absolutely great to see the shittiest, most toxic managers and leaders who are not meeting their departmental goals at Fiserv announce their September promotions on LinkedIn, while the people who actually deserve them get nothing (Sarcasm). Upward advancement as a result of “professional development” at fiserv is an absolutely joke. The only reason they want to upskill anyone is to give them more work for the same pay.

Advancement only happens because people leave, then the highest paid gets the job, to justify their salary. The more qualifed get passed over because they axtually work.

The global team huddle gives me the idea there are none for women unless I want to be a tv commentator when I grow up.
There is no internal advancement here, most positions and departments are dead ends to any growth in position or salary.
There’s definitely some real head scratchers out there.
