I am not holding my breath and not wasting a single minute on doing another AES. I actively participated in "initiatives" to improve specific areas in the first seven years of these surveys and absolutely nothing tangible was done. The HR team pushing through "wellness week" is a worthy exception, but that is temporary solution as far as I know.

Careful, last time he offered a solution to the engagement survey it was to lay a bunch of people off.

I’ve heard they’re trying to figure out how to spin it. In other words, gaslight us. We all know how bad we feel and what we said on the survey, but the last thing they’re going to do is exactly what they should do - be honest, human, and tell us how they plan to solve. Instead we’ll probably get an email summary with more info to come, or some robotic response from JD with no solutions.

My guess is that they share a “summary” vs the normal, granular results. I hope I’m wrong but they’ve shown us these past 9 months, they have no idea what they’re doing.
