I think OP meant that there's an org out there who's lead's last name is Huge

Op is correct, issue is that if you are not in the org, you don't get the letters that come out with the changes - if you look at executive announcements that came out today in insider you will see the orgs in question - lots of disassembly and movement happened due to this. Not posting details on this bottom of the barrel website, social engineering is a thing still.

I absolutely LOVE the “Agile” thang. Leadership pushes it. We embrace it. Leadership is then asked to act: prioritize, value deliverables, stop/start/continue, make decisions. Leadership like deer in headlights. Leadership says the pivot to Agile is a failure (but really just don’t know the “what, why or who” of what their own org does). Fire leadership and let the Scrum Master be CEO.

So huge that the OP was speechless when trying to describe the changes.
Can I take a guess though? The entire C-Suite has been jealous about all the Agile success in ATS and so they merged the entire C-Suite into one Agile team. (The C-esspool)
Together their velocity is a negative number but they now expect to fail even faster.
With all their strategic deliverables sent directly to the backlog, they have more time to work on the Waves.

For who?
What?

I love these super vague posts.
